Al Tamayez is seeking a Collection Officer / Customer Contact Executive to join its Dubai branch. The role involves handling customer communications, managing overdue accounts, and ensuring timely debt recovery while maintaining professionalism and strong customer service ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to customers through calls or emails to remind them of pending payments.
Negotiate and arrange feasible settlement plans for delinquent accounts.
Maintain updated and accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the finance team to monitor payment trends and reduce bad debts.
Provide regular reports on collection activities and account status.
Requirements:
1–2 years of hands-on experience in Debt Collection or BNPL Process (experience with Tabby or Tamara preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic,
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain a customer-friendly attitude.
Must be available to join immediately.
