The QHSE Officer is responsible for implementing and maintaining the organization’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems. They ensure compliance with legal regulations, internal policies, and international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001), while promoting a safe and quality-driven work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enforce QHSE policies, procedures, and standards across all departments.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments at work sites or facilities.
Investigate incidents, accidents, or near-misses and prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Promote continuous improvement in safety and quality through training, awareness programs, and team engagement.
Ensure documentation and reporting is up to date and aligned with ISO and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and certification agencies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field.
Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) and Quality (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) preferred.
3+ years of experience in QHSE roles in construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, or similar industries.
Knowledge of QHSE laws, regulations, and international standards.

Driving License mandatory
