Octo Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our Dubai office. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the corporate services sector.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
•Identify, engage, and convert high-value clients while nurturing long-term relationships.
•Lead negotiations and close corporate deals ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
•Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to generate new business.
•Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates with actionable insights.
•Utilize CRM systems and digital tools to track leads, performance, and improve sales efficiency.
•Ensure adherence to ethics, professionalism, and corporate governance standards.
•Build and manage partner channels, including real estate firms, immigration consultants, and law firms.
•Develop and lead a high-performing sales team, scaling operations as needed.

Requirements:
•Proven track record with 5+ years in sales/business development within corporate services, consulting, or financial services.
•Strong history of achieving or exceeding revenue and client acquisition targets.
•Hands-on experience in executing sales strategies that directly impact business growth.
•Expertise in negotiating and closing high-value corporate deals.
•Proficient in CRM platforms, analytics, and digital sales tools.
•Experience in managing partner channels and prior exposure to banking, asset management, or brokerage is a plus.
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and lasting client relationships.
•Fluency in English and Russian; additional languages are advantageous.
