The Admin Supervisor oversees the daily administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflow, managing support staff, and maintaining organizational procedures. This role supports management by coordinating office activities, supervising administrative tasks, and enhancing communication within departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of administrative staff
Monitor and ensure timely completion of office tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Implement and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
