The Facility Management Coordinator oversees and coordinates the daily operations and maintenance of company facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-functioning work environment. The role involves managing service providers, monitoring facility conditions, and supporting the implementation of health, safety, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services for all facilities
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery
Monitor building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security to ensure proper functioning
Schedule regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities
Manage facility-related procurement, including supplies and equipment
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Maintain records of maintenance activities, service contracts, and facility documentation
Assist in space management, office moves, and layout planning
Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies
Support budget preparation and cost control related to facility management
Coordinate with internal departments to meet their facility needs
Implement and enforce facility management policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Experience in facility management, administration, or operations coordination
Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software (if applicable)
Strong organizational and communication skills
