The HR Assistant supports the HR department by performing administrative and clerical tasks related to recruitment, employee records, payroll, and other HR functions. The role ensures smooth HR operations and helps maintain employee satisfaction through effective communication and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires
Support payroll processing and attendance tracking
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and appraisal forms
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Previous experience in administrative or HR support roles is a plus
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software (if applicable)
Good organizational and communication skills
