Key Account Manager
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities :
• Manage and grow relationships with key retailers across the UAE; act as the primary commercial contact.
• Deliver against monthly/quarterly sales targets, revenue mix, and GP objectives.
• Build joint business plans (JBP), including assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising/planograms.
• Lead sell-in & sell-through initiatives: forecasting, ordering, allocation, and inventory health (DOS, aging).
• Drive channel marketing activations and negotiate trade terms, rebates, and visibility.
• Analyze retailer performance dashboards; report on sales, margins, and campaign ROI with clear actions.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and marketing for flawless execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and recommend portfolio expansion opportunities.
Requirements :
• 2+ years managing UAE key retailers (consumer electronics preferred).
• Proven track record achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset; proficiency with Excel/Sheets and sales reporting tools.
• UAE market knowledge; valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
