We are seeking a skilled Corporate Tax Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in corporate tax compliance, advisory, and international tax matters, with the ability to simplify complex tax concepts for clients.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review client tax returns, ensuring full compliance with UAE and international tax regulations.
• Provide expert tax advisory support on tax-efficient strategies, including succession planning, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations.
• Stay updated with changing tax laws and regulations, proactively identifying potential risks and creating actionable mitigation plans.
• Communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients, offering practical insights and recommendations.

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in the UAE; prior Big 4 experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and Corporate Tax compliance.
• Proven ability to analyze complex tax issues, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate solutions effectively.
• Experience in tax restructuring and compliance advisory is an advantage.
• Exposure to international tax structuring is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Proactive learner with adaptability and a growth mindset.
