Senior Auditor
Job Location : Ajman, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
•	Plan, execute, and oversee internal and external audit assignments.
•	Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems, risk management, and governance processes.
•	Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
•	Recommend improvements to processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
•	Ensure compliance with UAE laws, financial regulations, and governmental policies.
•	Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve audit issues and implement corrective actions.
•	Stay updated with best practices and evolving standards in auditing and public sector governance.
Required Qualifications :
•	Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
•	Minimum of 5+ years of experience in auditing, preferably within a government or semi-government organization.
•	Strong knowledge of international auditing standards (ISA) and IFRS.
•	Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
•	Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•	Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
Preferred Skills :
•	Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CISA is an advantage.
•	Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•	Ability to handle multiple audit assignments independently.
•	Ethical mindset and commitment to integrity and confidentiality.
