The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in a restaurant, café, or hotel dining area. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant and efficient dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and present menus.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction during the meal.
Clear and reset tables between guests.
Handle billing and payment processes accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
Follow all health and safety regulations and company service standards.
Assist with setting up dining areas before service and closing duties after shifts.
Work as part of a team to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Attention to detail and cleanliness.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
