The Arabic B Teacher (Female) is responsible for teaching Arabic as a second language to students in accordance with curriculum standards (such as IB, British, or American curriculum frameworks). She will create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment tailored to non-native Arabic learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Arabic B (Arabic as a second language) to students of varying age groups and language abilities.
Prepare lesson plans that meet curriculum objectives and language proficiency standards.
Use a variety of teaching methods, including visual aids, interactive activities, and digital tools.
Assess and monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments.
Maintain student records, grades, and reports in line with school policies.
Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages language acquisition and student participation.
Collaborate with other language and subject teachers to support cross-curricular learning.
Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development workshops.
Ensure alignment with the school’s vision, mission, and core values.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Education, or related field.
Teaching certification or license is preferred (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching Arabic as a second language.
Experience with international curricula (e.g., IB, Cambridge, or American) is a plus.
Excellent command of Modern Standard Arabic and effective classroom communication skills.
Proficient in using educational technology and digital learning platforms.
