The Primary Student Affairs Supervisor oversees the welfare, discipline, and overall well-being of primary school students. They act as a liaison between students, parents, and faculty to ensure a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment. This role involves managing student affairs, coordinating extracurricular activities, and supporting students’ social and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily student activities, including attendance, behavior, and discipline in the primary section.
Implement and enforce school policies related to student conduct and welfare.
Provide counseling and support to students facing academic, social, or behavioral challenges.
Coordinate with teachers, parents, and school counselors to address student needs and concerns.
Organize and oversee extracurricular activities, assemblies, and student events.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, incidents, and disciplinary actions.
Promote a positive school culture emphasizing respect, responsibility, and inclusivity.
Monitor student safety during school hours, including recess, lunch, and transit.
Conduct orientation sessions for new students and parents.
Facilitate communication between students, parents, and staff to resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
Previous experience in student affairs, counseling, or school administration preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage and resolve conflicts professionally.
Knowledge of child development and primary education challenges.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Compassionate, patient, and approachable demeanor.
Proficiency in basic office software and student management systems.
