The Restaurant / Lounge Lobby Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, lounge, and lobby areas to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role involves managing staff, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise and lead front-of-house staff including hosts, servers, bartenders, and lobby attendants.
•Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant, lounge, and lobby operations.
•Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or complaints.
•Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service and quality food and beverages.
•Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and lobby traffic flow.
•Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies related to front-of-house operations engagement.
