Insurance Coordinator
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage and process insurance claims, pre-approvals, and reimbursements efficiently.
• Liaise with insurance providers, patients, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Review and verify insurance coverage, eligibility, and documentation accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date records of insurance policies and transactions.
• Support the finance team in reconciling claims and tracking pending approvals.
Required Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Insurance Coordinator in a healthcare or homecare setup.
• Strong understanding of UAE medical insurance processes and systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Skills :
• Familiarity with insurance software and portals.
• Knowledge of DHA/MOH regulations.
• Experience in sales or marketing within healthcare will be an added advantage.
