HR and Admin Officer (Female)
Job Location : Doha, Qatar
Job Details :
• Minimum 5 years of HR and recruitment experience in Qatar.
• Proven experience in local recruitment within Qatar
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities and Requirements :
• Handle local recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with daily admin tasks.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Detail-oriented, confidential, and proactive team player.
