Telephone Operator
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Details :
• Male (cancelled or visit visa) who can join immediately
• An upbeat and cheerful personality with a clear voice
• Passion for people, creativity and multi-tasking
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1-year experience in a guest contact / customer services role, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle hotel
• Intermediate to proficient understanding of Computer systems such as: Prologic, Service One MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred
• Fluency in English (reading, writing and verbal)
• Flexible to work in varying shifts that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays
