The HR Executive is responsible for managing core human resources functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, HR policy implementation, and employee relations. This role ensures that HR operations run smoothly and align with company objectives and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information.
Administer employee benefits, leaves, and attendance systems.
Handle payroll inputs and coordinate with finance for salary processing.
Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in performance appraisal cycles, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Prepare HR reports related to headcount, turnover, attendance, and employee feedback.
Organize and maintain employee files, records, and confidential documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3 - 6 years of experience in HR or related roles.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases (HRIS/HRMS).
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
