An MEP Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities at the project site. This includes ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The role involves managing subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of MEP-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) at the site
Ensure implementation of work as per drawings, specifications, and codes
Coordinate between various trades and subcontractors to avoid conflicts
Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
Conduct inspections and quality checks of MEP installations
Attend coordination meetings with project managers, consultants, and clients
Ensure all MEP activities comply with health and safety standards
Assist in resolving technical issues on-site in collaboration with engineers
Maintain proper documentation and daily reports
Support in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems
