The Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing civil construction activities on site, ensuring that all work complies with design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. The role involves managing construction crews, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and maintaining detailed site records.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily civil construction operations including earthworks, concrete works, formwork, reinforcement, and finishing.
Ensure that all activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to address and resolve technical and operational issues.
Monitor work progress, conduct quality inspections, and report updates to project management.
Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in civil construction supervision or site management.
Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and technical specifications.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in construction.
Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software is a plus.
