The Front Office Supervisor oversees the front desk operations, ensuring efficient and courteous guest service. This role manages the front office team, handles guest inquiries, and ensures smooth check-in/check-out procedures to enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of front office staff including receptionists, concierge, and bellboys.
Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and upgrades using property management systems (PMS).
Handle guest complaints, resolve issues, and escalate matters to management as necessary.
Train, motivate, and evaluate front office team members to maintain high service standards.
Monitor front office operations for adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, and room availability.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for seamless guest services.
Prepare daily reports related to occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and emergency procedures at the front desk.
