Banking Operations Officer

Job Location : UAE

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute daily banking transactions including payments, reconciliations, and settlements.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and transaction records.
• Monitor account activities to ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and financial institutions for operational efficiency.
• Support audits, documentation, and system updates.
• Handle data entry and verification for financial systems and ensure accuracy in records.
• Identify and escalate any irregularities or discrepancies in transactions.

Required Qualifications :

• Nationality: Emirati (with family book)
• Gender: Male & Female
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, or accounting
• Strong understanding of banking operations, payment systems, and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic knowledge of ERP or core banking systems
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
