The Quality Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day quality control and assurance activities to ensure that products, processes, or services meet internal and external standards. The role involves leading inspection teams, implementing quality systems, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of quality inspectors and technicians.
Monitor production or project processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Inspect materials, in-process items, and finished products for defects or deviations.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
Investigate quality issues, root causes, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain documentation of inspection results, test reports, and audit findings.
Train team members on quality standards, inspection techniques, and compliance.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve quality.
Participate in internal and external audits (ISO, client, regulatory).
Ensure all safety and regulatory guidelines are strictly followed.
