Bright Accord General Contracting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Document Controller with hands-on experience in Aconex to oversee project documentation and maintain efficient document management systems for ongoing construction projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance across all document control processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and track incoming and outgoing project documents using Aconex.
• Implement proper coding, filing, and distribution procedures for all documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date document logs, ensuring version control at all times.
• Support technical, engineering, and project teams by providing quick access to relevant documents.
• Ensure all documentation meets company and client standards for compliance and quality.
• Coordinate the submission and retrieval of documents from consultants, contractors, and clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• 4–6 years of professional experience as a Document Controller within construction projects.
• Proven expertise in managing Aconex systems is mandatory.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential project data responsibly.
• Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
