Heathrow Group, a reputable retail operator in the UAE, is expanding its retail team and looking for friendly, reliable Cashiers / Sales Assistants to support store operations and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers, assist with product enquiries, and provide helpful recommendations.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain tidy and well-stocked displays; assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash/card transactions with integrity.
• Support daily store opening/closing procedures and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets.
• Uphold company standards for customer service and store presentation.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Experience operating POS systems and familiarity with basic retail processes.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Presentable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and good attention to detail.
