We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and a passion for building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and forecasts to meet business objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Conduct sales training and coaching to improve team performance.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate
2 - 4 years experience as a Sales Manager or similar sales leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform decision-making.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel as needed.
