Cleaning Manager
Job Location : Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
•	Supervise and manage day-to-day facility operations related to cleaning, housekeeping, and soft services.
•	Lead and train staff to ensure high service standards and compliance with client requirements.
•	Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and cost efficiency.
•	Implement health, safety, and hygiene protocols across all service areas.
•	Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain operational excellence.
•	Prepare reports, schedules, and quality inspection audits.
Requirements:
•	Nationality: Filipino (mandatory)
•	Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in a facilities management or hospitality environment.
•	Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-site operations.
•	Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•	Proficiency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
•	Immediate joiners preferred.
