Maintain customer records and update account information
Assist customers with order processing, billing, returns, or refunds

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, logistics) to improve service delivery
Adhere to company policies and guidelines in all customer interactions
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills
