We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with 5–7 years of industry experience to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving mechanical systems and components across a variety of projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in CAD software, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development: Create detailed designs of mechanical components, systems, and assemblies using tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo.
Project Management: Lead or contribute to project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution from concept through production.
Analysis: Perform engineering calculations and simulations (FEA/CFD) to ensure mechanical integrity, safety, and performance.
Prototyping and Testing: Oversee the prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical designs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with electrical, manufacturing, and quality engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and product integration.
Documentation: Generate and maintain technical documentation including BOMs, technical drawings, and engineering change notices.
Compliance: Ensure designs meet industry standards, codes (e.g., ASME, ISO), and regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for product and process improvements, cost savings, and performance enhancements.
