Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of real estate sales agents
Set sales targets and monitor team performance against KPIs
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and property listings
Manage client relationships, conduct site visits, and close high-value deals
Coordinate with marketing teams for property promotions and campaigns
Oversee legal documentation, negotiations, and transaction finalization
Provide regular sales forecasts and market trend analysis to management
Ensure a high standard of customer service and professional conduct
