Personal Assistant To Ceo
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities :
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements
• Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, screening and directing communication appropriately.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
• Coordinate and oversee special projects and events as assigned by the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
• Conduct research and compile data as requested by the CEO to support decision-making processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Manage and prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely responses.
• Assist with personal tasks and errands for the CEO as needed.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE, if not already based in the country.
