Secretary / Personal Assistant (Male)
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities :
• Act as the point of contact between the CEO and all internal/external communications
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Make travel arrangements
• Take dictation and minutes
• Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Verbal (fluent in English / Arabic)
• Smart, assertive, and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to work on extended hours
• Can work under pressure
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or personal assistance roles.
• Must have Driver's License
• Based in UAE
• Fluent in Arabic / English
