We are looking for a highly skilled L2 Engineer with expertise in network infrastructure, server administration, and CCTV/video system operations. This hybrid role supports both remote monitoring and onsite system management for industrial and Oil & Gas projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and troubleshoot Layer 2/3 network infrastructure including routing (OSPF, BGP), switching (VLANs, QoS), and network segmentation
Administer VPN/IPSec tunnels, SD-WAN solutions, and ensure secure connectivity between sites
Maintain and configure virtualized environments using VMware, Docker, and KVM
Provide Windows and Linux server administration and monitoring using tools like Grafana and PRTG
Support and maintain enterprise CCTV/video systems, including integration with NVR/VMS platforms
Collaborate with L1 engineers and field teams to resolve advanced issues
Ensure documentation, compliance, and security best practices are followed
Support network and server upgrades, patching, and system audits
Respond to technical escalations and assist with capacity planning

Required Qualifications & Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Electronics, Telecom, or related Engineering field
8+ years of hands-on experience in network, server, and video system support
Strong understanding of routing, switching, virtualization, and network monitoring
Preferred: CCNP/CCIE, VMware VCP, or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
