Property Handover Executive

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities :

• Facilitate the smooth transition of properties from construction completion to handover to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including construction, sales, and legal departments, to ensure all handover requirements are met.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, such as contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities, to obtain necessary approvals and certifications for handover.
• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for handover.
• Prepare handover documentation, including completion certificates, warranties, and maintenance manuals, and ensure they are delivered to clients in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the handover process, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
• Conduct post-handover follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any outstanding issues or concerns.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in the property or real estate sectors.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
