The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for ensuring a positive and personalized experience for guests, addressing inquiries and complaints, and acting as a liaison between guests and departments to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly service
Address guest needs, concerns, and feedback promptly
Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and other teams to fulfill guest requests
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and complaints
Support VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest events
Promote hotel services and offerings to enhance guest satisfaction
Ensure service standards and brand values are consistently met
