Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.
• Support internal and external audits, including documentation and data preparation.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow and transactions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Help manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely billing and collections.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, tax filings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, etc.,) to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
• Monitor and support the financial aspects of healthcare-specific billing (e.g., insurance claims, patient payments).
• Stay updated on relevant financial laws, healthcare industry regulations, and changes in accounting standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (recently qualified or with up to 2 years of experience).
