Key Responsibilities:
Receivables Management and RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
•	Record, monitor, and reconcile all claim receivable transactions from insurance partners and other corporate clients.
•	Prepare daily/monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) schedules and aging analysis.
•	Follow up with insurance and corporate companies for outstanding balances and ensure timely collection.
•	Verify and post all receipts in the accounting system, ensuring accuracy of allocations.
•	Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., claims, operations) to resolve discrepancies in balances.
•	Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.
•	Review claims data, billing, and acknowledgments from insurance companies to ensure completeness and accuracy.
•	Track claim settlements and coordinate with insurance companies for pending claims.
•	Reconcile revenue reported with collections and maintain audit-ready documentation.
•	Liaise with internal and external auditors for revenue-related queries.
Reporting & Compliance
•	Prepare periodic reports on receivables, claim recoveries, and collection performance.
•	Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and insurance regulatory requirements.
•	Maintain accurate records for audit and management review purposes.
•	Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
•	Professional Accountant (CA/ACCA/CPA preferred).
•	3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in health care company environment.
•	Strong knowledge of receivables accounting, claim reconciliation, and RCM processes.
•	Familiarity with IFRS and insurance accounting practices.
•	Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
