What You’ll Do:
Manage and oversee all daily front office activities, ensuring smooth operations in guest check-in, check-out, and concierge services.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the front office team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Address guest concerns and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
Contribute to revenue growth through effective upselling and guest loyalty programs.
Serve as Manager on Duty when required, ensuring consistent service quality and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar hotel front office role.
Proven leadership abilities and strong decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management software.
Attention to detail with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
