SDS Delivery Services is currently looking for a Logistics Supervisor to manage and oversee delivery fleet operations within one of Amazon’s main warehouse facilities in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in delivery operations and excellent team leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily delivery operations and monitor rider performance effectively
• Oversee attendance, route distribution, and shift scheduling to ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate directly with Amazon’s warehouse teams to maintain timely dispatch and delivery flow
• Prepare and analyze operational reports, delivery metrics, and performance records
• Maintain rider discipline and team motivation through effective leadership
• Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and train new delivery staff
• Ensure all activities comply with Amazon’s operational policies and safety standards
• Facilitate communication between riders, warehouse management, and company leadership
Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum 1–2 years of logistics or delivery management experience (Amazon or similar experience preferred)
Strong team management and leadership skills
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
Familiarity with key delivery performance indicators (KPIs)
Capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Basic computer literacy (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,500 depending on qualifications and experience
