2 – 3 Years of Experience in the Exchange House sector
Finance Graduate or Diploma
Excellent MS Office skills- especially Excel & Word
Strong analytical skills

Job Responsibilities:
Process customer onboarding according to procedures and accurately capture details in the core system.
File and retain documents for customers onboarded at Central Operations.
Timely process cardholder files, salary files, and other relevant tasks, ensuring accuracy according to customer instructions without errors, data mismatches, or duplication.
Maintain records relevant to WPS processing in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers interacting with the department.
Ensure the company adheres to all Wage Protection System (WPS) regulations as mandated by the Central Bank of the UAE.
Assist in preparing reports necessary for monitoring daily tasks and activities of the department.
Escalate issues and areas of risk to the Department Head and management team members as necessary.
Validate the authentication of ancillary service requests (e.g., replacements, Statements of Account (SOA), dispute claims, PIN resets) received from branches, sales teams, and relationship officers regarding card services.
Accurately and promptly complete assigned processes related to WPS.

All other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
