Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate technical documentation, drawings, and reports between engineering, site teams, and clients.
Assist in planning and scheduling technical activities on-site to meet project deadlines.
Monitor and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve technical issues.
Support the engineering team in preparing technical submissions and progress reports.
Maintain accurate records of project communications and technical data.
Facilitate meetings and technical discussions between project stakeholders.
Assist in procurement and material tracking related to technical requirements.
Ensure timely follow-up on technical queries and site instructions.

Eligibility Criteria:
5–12 years of experience with Tier 1 contractors, including 4–5 years in villa/building construction projects.
Graduate in respective disciplines (Engineering, Construction Management, or related field).
UAE/GCC experience preferred.
Candidates must be available in the UAE for face-to-face interviews.

Qualifications:
Diploma or Graduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Experience in construction or contracting industry, preferably with Tier 1 companies.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
