STEPS Clinic is seeking a Customer Service Executive (UAE National) to join its team in Al Nahda, Dubai. The role is essential in providing a warm, professional, and efficient experience for patients and visitors while ensuring smooth daily operations within the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
Manage front desk operations, including patient registration and appointment scheduling
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding clinic services and procedures
Support internal communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the clinic’s customer service standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
Possess a high school certificate
Valid Family Book Number required
Working hours: 8 hours daily with a 1-hour break
2 days off per week
