The Reservations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the reservations operations, ensuring accurate and efficient booking processes, and driving strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. This role involves leading the reservations team, maintaining high standards of guest service, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Managing and optimizing the hotel’s reservation systems to ensure smooth operations.
Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in all bookings and guest information.
Developing and implementing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Leading, training, and motivating the reservations team to achieve performance goals.
Collaborating with front office, sales, and other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitoring reservation trends and reporting insights to management for informed decision-making.
Handling complex or VIP guest bookings and resolving issues efficiently.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards in all reservations activities.

Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in reservation and property management systems.
Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to optimize revenue.
