Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for fabrication projects.
Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using welding, grinding, and other fabrication techniques.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
Inspect fabricated components for accuracy, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience:
3–7 years in metal fabrication, welding
ITI / Vocational training or Diploma in Welding, Fabrication preferred.
Key Skills / Competencies:
Proficiency in welding, cutting, and metal fabrication techniques.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Hands-on experience with fabrication tools, machines, and equipment.
Knowledge of safety standards and ability to follow safety procedures.
Physical stamina and dexterity for handling heavy materials and equipment.
Attention to detail and quality control in fabricated components.
Teamwork and communication skills for coordinating with supervisors and engineers.
