Job Description :
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with the kindergarten curriculum.
• Create a balanced curriculum that covers various domains such as literacy, numeracy, science, social studies, arts, and physical education.
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
• Establish and maintain a safe, supportive, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Set clear expectations for behavior and enforce classroom rules consistently.
• Manage transitions smoothly and effectively to maximize instructional time.
• Use a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to engage young learners and stimulate their curiosity.
• Introduce and reinforce foundational skills such as letter recognition, phonics, counting, and basic math concepts.
• Incorporate hands-on activities, group projects, and educational games to make learning enjoyable and interactive.
