We are seeking a proactive HSE Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of functional experience in a similar capacity within a large organization, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of conducting effective safety trainings. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across the organization.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Develop, deliver, and maintain safety training programs for staff at all levels.
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe practices, recommending corrective actions.
Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records as per organizational and statutory requirements.
Collaborate with management to foster a safety-first culture within the organization.
Monitor compliance with PPE usage, emergency protocols, and workplace safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
Certifications: NEBOSH Certification mandatory.
Experience: 2–3 years of functional HSE experience in a large organization in a similar role.
