Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities :
• Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff in cleaning procedures and company standards.
• Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain health and safety standards.
Requirements :
• Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping supervisory experience in the UAE.
• Good English-speaking skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
