Job Description :

• Generate invoices
• Maintaining billing accounts and records
• Verify discrepancies
• Collecting payments
• Contacting clients for payment resolution
• Manage daily collection and account reconciliation
• Perform account reconciliations
• Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts
• Investigate and resolve customer queries
• Perform analysis of collection and reporting
• Processing and recording transactions
• Ensure timely collection of payments
• Maintain an invoicing system
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Maintain customer databases
• Negotiating payment arrangements
• Process adjustments
• Process credit card payments
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger
• Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance/ BCom graduate
• CPA Certification is a plus
• With at least 2 years of experience in related areas.
• Candidate must be here in UAE
