Estimation Engineer
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare cost estimates and BOQs based on project drawings and specifications.
• Analyze project requirements, materials, and labour costs to develop accurate estimations.
• Review tender documents and ensure all requirements are properly addressed.
• Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams for pricing and technical inputs.
• Prepare and submit competitive bids within deadlines.
• Maintain records of all estimates, tenders, and revisions.
• Participate in value engineering and cost optimization discussions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer in construction or contracting.
• Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, costing, and market rates in the UAE.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
