Your day-to-day work:
Welcome, interact and communicate with guests & colleagues in a courteous, friendly and clear manner
Take, prepare and serve guest orders with accuracy while promoting and up selling all products, focuses on maximizing sales in order to drive sales and meet outlets targets
Liaise with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely service while ensuring the guests meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
Clear and clean tables as soon as it is apparent that guests have finished their meals professionally
Maintain stock, accurately handle point-of –sale transactions, maintain cleanliness of outlet always
Ensure that company Health and Safety policies are followed and adhered to, train all new team members
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Ideally your background will be from the hotel/F&B industry, and worked as a Service Attendant for a minimum of 1 year in a 3-star or above category hotel.
Fluent English is a must and other languages would be an advantage.
