The Concrete Factory Foreman is responsible for overseeing the preparation, placing, finishing, and curing of concrete to ensure production meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The role involves supervising factory operations, managing production teams, and maintaining strict adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily concrete production activities, including mixing, casting, finishing, and curing.
Ensure compliance with precast concrete construction methods, material specifications, and quality standards.
Oversee and guide production workers to maintain efficient workflow and safety practices.
Coordinate with quality control and engineering teams to ensure product consistency and accuracy.
Monitor equipment operation and coordinate with maintenance staff for timely repairs or servicing.
Maintain production records, daily reports, and inventory of materials and equipment.
Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations within the factory.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
Experience & Requirements:
3 to 5 years of UAE experience in concrete or precast production.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of precast concrete methods, materials, equipment, and factory operations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.
